And to think WE are God’s masterpiece. Blew my mind.
See, that’s what i always thought. But recently, ive realized, from something in my OT class, that WE are God’s best work. We are what God is most proud of. He looked at us when He created us and saw that it was good. We are God’s most precious handiwork. We are the best God’s ever done (creation-wise). And it almost seems selfish to think that and I struggled with that at first, especially when you look at stuff like this ^^ or the Rockies, or Niagara Falls… but think about it. There’s something in us that’s not in any other part of Creation. God’s image. We have morality, a soul, the ability to reason/think. We have the capacity for personal relationships. Nothing else in all the universe has that. We ARE God’s masterpiece.
